Well-built collar

This was a very well built collar, the clasp is substantial, and it stays in adjustment. Nice stitching, no issues on mine. Holding up well to our dog. Wish the D-ring wasn't as close to the clasp, but for the price I can't complain!

Collar itself is great, shipping experience poor

The collar itself is great. It looks exactly as marketed - durable, clean look, and the metal buckle is legit. Finally seems like I have a collar that won't fray with my pup. I will say how shipping was handled was left to be desired. Shipping was supposed to be by 5-7 day FedEx shipping (according to K9 Ballistics at time of payment), but ended up going through USPS. As such, I didn't get my order until nearly 3 weeks later after ordering. Tracking had it lost for nearly 2 weeks before it finally made it to me. I understand shipping times are variable during the pandemic, however, marketing that shipping will be handled by FedEx when in reality it would be USPS was false information. I had an expectation that it would arrive on-time going through a premium carrier delivery service.

Best collar! The buckle is much better than two-pronged type plastic that tends to pinch your pup. Name badge is a nice option.💪
