Initially sent the wrong tank. Took approximately 3 months for the delivery which was frustrating. Aidan stayed on top of things for me to ensure my needs were me. Customer service was excellent. Delivery not so much. I installed the product and so far it is working as expected.

Self install of Acid reducer

Item was easy to Instal and any question I had was promptly answered via text message. Bought entire system for about $3500. Water company wanted $7500. Big savings!!

New tank and controller.

The Vortech tank works very well; the side port makes it easy to add media. Its cool to watch the nedia swirl up during backwash (shadow using light behind tank). The Fleck controller is fairly easy to program although not all parameters are explained adequately. Been trouble free for 3.5 years so far. Recently changed water source to private well and changed from calcite for pH to Filox for Mn and Fe reduction. No problems.
