Hydrating for acne prone skin

I use this on my forehead and cheeks which have been prone to dryness this summer. It has not caused any congestion which a lot of products do for me. Taking off one star because it doesn’t have the plumping skin effect I was hoping for and the price tag is high. My skin is definitely less dry when I use it, perhaps the effect over time will be even more pronounced.
