Decent value - but poor communication

When I talk to staff on the phone they are very helpful, but getting ahold of anyone in this company is pretty frustrating. There was a significant delay on getting our jerseys (which was reasonable) but I was left in the dark on why the delay was occurring. It left me high and dry with my Junior program. I must have sent 5 emails and left 3 or 4 voicemails with no response. The jerseys themselves fit very small - I would say a typical adult large would fit like a snug M. In the youth sizes the S jersey would fit a 5/6 year old.
