It looks like a nice bed, but my daughter got me a similar one for Mother’s Day and I would like to return it for a refund. What is the process to get this started place?

I received the Nandog pet car seat/bed yesterday and replaced a bed that was used as a replacement for our previous Nandog pet bed that my wife thought needed replacement after using it for several years with little/no attention being paid to it concerning its cleanleness... Needless to say that our pet saw the replacement as I was using a seat belt to afix it to the vehile`s rear seat, that she was overjoyed and promptly settled into it prior to a quick journey to a walking park. Thank you Nandog People!
