I could write an essay to express my satisfaction with SB but I would be repeating everything that has been said before regarding the product, hence I will only tell what my friends who betted that there’s no difference between digital audio and analog are saying. “ What did you do to obtain such amazing sound?"

Not just character

I have a hybrid mixing workflow, SB is sitting on the stereo bus permanently. I have endless plugins for saturation, color, mojo etc. but SB is now my first choice to impart character to any mix. I use either A or N depending on the song: dial the gain up to distort and back 1 or 2 clicks. A big surprise was the EQ though: this is incredibly effective, extremely musical and versatile; loving the vintage mode.

It’s like crazy glue!

Lovely piece of gear! Ran a few mixes through it and played with the different parameters. Must say It felt like crazy glue! It instantly warmed up the tracks; gave presence and clarity; tucked everything beautifully together and made it sound rich and fat. Love it! Strongly recommend it!!
