Too tight

The material is thick and non-stretchy, which would be fine except that they are also very tight, even for my thin legs. So hard to put on/off and they look more like leggings. Not as roomie as seen in the photo. I returned them.

Pretty big. went with a 30 and I should have went with a 28.
