Life changers for your feet

These were recommended by the sales rep to put in my running shoes and have been amazing. They are very comfortable and work with flat feet. I purchase three more pairs to work in multiple shoes. So much better than custom orthotics.

Great and used for shin splints

I was training for the Boston marathon and had some serious shin splints late in the training as I started to ramp up to the longer distances. Marathon sports recommend I switch to Mizuno wave horizons and replace the insoles with these. I did the rest of my training running on the grass where I could, and I have not had shin splints since. I attribute this to all the changes, including the insoles. They are very comfortable, you replace those that come with the shoes, and they just provide better support.
