Damaged during shipping

The scooter was not packaged well and was damaged . The bracket for the light was missing and the seat post. The scooter had several scratches to the paint. The scooter on a half charge can not climb hills. The turbo switch does not work all the time. I turn it off and back on to get it to work.

New Rossi Scooter!

I love the scooter - the only thing is that the instruction booklet is a bit incomplete and not as clear as it could be. And it lacks a troubleshooting section. For example, the scooter is very squeaky but there isn’t information on possible causes and what to do. Brake maintenance information would be the most helpful addition.
