Film came defective

Overall the film glows nice. Doesn't last to long on the charge but charges quickly. .I am just very disappointed in the fact the film came in defective and they have done nothing to resolve the issue and continue to ignore my messages to get it resolved for my customer as we are a wrap shop and our customer has waited over two weeks for a resolution and VviViD doesn't seem to have any kind of priority to resolve the issue.

Waste of money

This does not glow well at all. I can charge it with a powerful uv light and it barely glows and only for a few seconds. I have used other glow in the dark films (not wrap films) and all of them are dramatically brighter for way longer than this. This is barely different from white vinyl and way more expensive. I wanted to return it, but with the restocking fee and the return shipping it wasn't worth it.
