03426-085-XW | ST329 CMF | NEUTRAL GRAY/SILVER

I need to return the gray 03426–085 – XW ST 329. I ordered a size 11 it’s too large. I would like to return it and get a 10 1/2. Do I need any information from From K Swiss regarding a return of this product? Thank you in advance

The shoes are a good quality, but the package arrived with a huge hole in it. Thankfully, the shoe boxes were not affected.

I use these for work, has they hold up to the abuse I put my shoes through. They are not flashy, but however the gray color also doesn't let them look dirty or get to dirty over time.
