Wrong product

I received the wrong product and have been patiently waiting to hear back from your customer service. It’s been almost 2 weeks, I’m not very happy.

Not same coffee.

I ordered the dark roast coffee and I was sent medium roast. I emailed support and they told me that the medium roast is the old dark roast. However, it doesn’t taste the same to me. I asked about a return or exchange and haven’t gotten a response.
