The product is great, but the communication is terrible.
I’ve been especially enjoying your hazelnut — it’s one of my favorites. The fact that it’s gluten-free certified is very important to me and truly appreciated. However, I’ve had a hard time reaching your team. I’ve tried both email addresses listed on your website as well as the contact form, but unfortunately haven’t received a response. If I hadn’t already ordered and used your products before, I might have assumed the website wasn’t legitimate.

Raw hazelnuts
I roasted some raw hazelnuts. They don't taste very fresh.
I've bought AZUT roasted hazelnuts from Amazon before and they were great.
