The scooter is great but customer service sucks. Pulled the plug off charger unit and ordered another a week before a month-long trip to the beach. Ordered some silly little grippers to get the price over $100 so I wouldn’t be charged shipping. The gripper showed up but the charger unit did not so left the scooter at home for the month. Very, very upsetting. They kept telling me it was on its way, but never received before I left for my trip.
