Excellent service

Service is outstanding. I got a pair of chunkers and they wouldn't close after using for abit. Contacted them and they sent a new pair out to me. But I don't know why these have done the same thing. I usually don't have this issue with any scissors but only one time before. They worked great when they worked. Everything else I got is really great so far
