The helmet is amazing! Thanks for making such a great product. Trina was so helpful in getting it delivered. After sitting in a distribution center in San Francisco (within 15 miles of it's destination) for almost a month, she opened an inquiry into the delivery status, which was lost in transport. The distribution center did find it, & it was expected to arrive within a few days. Instead, it was shipped to Guam, & routed back to the Bay Area through Hawaii. Throughout it's journey Trina was on top of it & really made me feel like I wasn't just another customer, but that she really cared about getting it delivered. While the wayward travels might warrant some logistics questions, the point of the review is to acknowledge Trina's fabulous client relations. Thank you!!
