best way to brew coffee

I'm not a coffee snob - I recommend these because they're by far the healthiest way to brew - zero plastic. Running hot, acidic liquid through plastic gets you a lot of microplastics and who-knows-what-else. Glass and a good filter is all you need. Glad I found Birch Coffee as a source for the filters - they seem like good people. :-)

Definitely prefer these over the metal filter

So happy I tried these much smoother taste than the metal chemex filter!!
