I LOVE this tea for recovery and so does my body I make a large batch of it cold brew and drink it every day after my workouts. It's got a great mild flavor that is so refreshing. The leftovers in the tea bag I like to save and add to my oatmeal on the mornings I have super long runs to help keep the inflammation in my body down and it adds yummy flavor as well!

The laeknir tea is awesome for recovery from any sport. After long bike rides and runs, I drink this tea while sitting in my compression boots.
