Wrinkled leaves, no heat pack

First time ever ordering a plant online. It arrived well packaged however without a heat pack even though I had emailed them about it. A lot of the ficus leave are VERY wrinkly and puckered. I have another ficus with smooth leaves. Not sure if that is a results of the cold in delivery or poor care prior. The color is beautiful and multiple stems hence the mixed feelings!

Not as good a shipment as prior orders

This was my second order with Plant Decor Shop. First one was 10/10. Plants arrived in tact and no damage. This order however had a lot dirt spilled in transit and a few damaged broken leaves. But overall the plant was healthy
