Horrible experience! They quoted the wrong delivery option and wanted me to pay for a mover to come do the delivery. They wouldn’t pay anything. Even though they admitted it was their mistake. Do not order anything from them. I ordered from “STEPR” and it was easy. Already delivered and set up.

Works Great! The pulse sensors are odd and I’m not sure how to get them to work but other than that it is awesome. Also each stair is a bit shorter than the ones at the gym I am used to so that took a few minutes to get used to!
