Replacement Laces

I ordered laces about 3 weeks ago but they were defective due to one of the lace tips breaking. I reached out and was sent replacement laces at no cost, and they’re great. Thanks.

Plastic lace tip broke

The laces are great and stylish but on of the tips broke rendering the lace useless because it won’t fit the lace hole. Will update rating if lace is replaced.
