This is my second E Z Freeze. My first one started slowing down after about 20 years when the summer temps arrived. I live at 8,000 feet and the current temps are in the nineties. The old refer had difficulty holding 45 to 50 degrees. The new one stays consistently in the 35 to 38 degree range. The only thing I miss between the two units is that the old one had a small crisper under one of the shelves. It was very handy for cheese, lunch meat and other small items. There might be an after market one out there somewhere. Ben's was great. I happened to work with Ben himself and he spent enough time with me to make sure all my questions were taken care of. He saved me some money by having me pick the unit up at the shipper's transfer facility as versus home delivery. It took about five business days to get the unit. I am very happy with the refrigerator, and I would definitely recommend Ben's Discount Supply.
