Ben's part in getting me the stove went well. I did have a couple issues with the stove itself and am working with the maker of it to sort things out, but so far they have been very forth coming in getting me taken care of. A few things needed to be tightened after shipment but prompt coordination between Ben's and stove maker got me up an running while still in the gas line install and function check phases. Thanks

Our purchase experience was great. That said, it seems that our stove was assembled on Friday afternoon, with a number of loose screws that we had to tighten up. The trim piece that covers the valves was installed incorrectly, putting it about 1/8-inch out of alignment, and we had to ream some holes with a chainsaw file to make it fit properly. One screw on the back brace bracket was stripped entirely, so we put a roofing screw in its place, that was large enough to bite the hole. We adjusted the low-burner setting effectively, did the NG to LP conversion, and everything works well now. Oven runs about 25 degrees under the knob markings. Overall, the metal on this is thinner than on our old Sears Whirlpool range, and there is space to catch drips from boiling over before the fluid runs down onto the oven. But we really like the fact that the pilot is off when the oven is off, and the 12V ignition is great!
