Ordered next day delivery for my Aunt’s birthday present online. It never arrived on time despite a significantly higher cost for that service. On the shipping provider it said the delay was due to Al Haramain not providing the shipping provider with the parcel on time so it would’ve never made it, they took my money and didn’t perform. I’d ordered a pricier gift set for her birthday and it looked nothing like the pictures when I saw it in person. The quality was shocking and actually really embarrassing. I don’t think their photos can be trusted as the products are very slap dash put together, wonky decorations, exposed glue, botched paint/metal work. I won’t be ordering from them again.. I contacted their customer support email and got no response, that was 6 months ago now. Thank you for making me feel undervalued as a first time customer.
