The beans and lentils arrived in the prettiest jars, so pretty I didn't want to disrupt the picture by eating a few. But I did and they were wonderful.

Shepherd's Pie / French green lentils!

I used French Green Lentils as a meat substitute for a Shepherd’s Pie recipe and it was wonderful! The entire family all had second helpings! The lentils held their shape and the flavor was very savory. I recommend you give them a try for yourself.

I'm very happy with the lentils. We haven't eaten yet, but they look to be very good quality. Was very happy with the fast shipping as well.
