The furniture itself is really nice, but the customer service, delivery mess-ups, and me having to chase for updates turned us off of ever ordering JA again. It was too frustrating and time consuming, especially after having the wrong couch delivered, having to chase again for updates, etc. REALLY disappointed and it takes the joy out of the new item.
