Dim and Flickering

This has to be the dullest 8W bulb I've ever encountered; provides less than 300 lumens according to my light meter and barely illuminates the space at all. For a bulb that claims to be dimmable, it nevertheless flickers and continually varies brightness all over the place towards the hgih end of the input current, i.e. it is not properly dimmable at all. Very poor overall; will never buy again.
