I had a wheel set built and they turned out amazing

Rims need accurate descriptions!

It was advertised as a 28mm rim and was delivered as a 22mm rim. If it is a 22mm inner width say so. It cost more to return it than it cost. Be clear on your advertising and this would not happen.
