Great for keeping elbow joint warm n protected from any unplanned bumps. Also gives support for heavier loads

used for a month and some pulling happening

have only used these during warm ups at a meet and a couple training sessions & started to see pulling at the bottoms near the inside seams. since the price wasn’t too bad I guess you get what you get but a little disappointed
