Awful

This sealer was awful. I used it over my pencil eyeliner and it smudged all over as usual. Some got on my hands and it felt greasy and sticky, I had to wash them. When I removed my eye makeup, a lot of eyeliner still remained, I had to rub hard with makeup remover and lost a lot of eyelashes. So, it will stay on, but in a bad way and will not stop smudging.

Really good and works well. Def give the shadows a stronger pigment

Came empty or dried up either way there was nothing inside and they have not emailed me back and that number is just for display because it never gets answered.
