Proven Egg – Premium Egg White Protein Powder

Not for me.

I hate to write this review bc I’m sure the product is not bad. It’s just that it did t work with what I was using it for. I put protein in my morning coffee bc I have a big protein deficiency. I was using whey protein but it was mski g me sleepy so I tried your egg white protein. I mix it with my oat milk creamer and blend with a coffee foamer. First a scoop was larger than the whey protein. Then it wouldn’t blend well at all. I ended up with big clumps of egg white protein in my coffee. It was terrible. Had to throw it out and haven’t used it since. Don’t really know what else to use it for bc I eat specific things like salads. No smoothies and I have protein powder for my yogurt. Oh well. I haven’t returned it though I need to.

Taste great! I have a sensitive stomach so low quality protein powders are out of the question. This as a good quality protein source and it’s easy on the stomach. Just remember to mix it well to avoid clumping.
