iK Foam Pro 12

this thing is amazing! i mean, it does exactly what it says, so it’s not like that’s a surprise, but…it just does it so well. the foam it produces is fantastic, and the schrader valve is an absolute win. but the big surprise for me was just how efficient it is: i mixed up a 10oz batch of a foaming cleaner and did my entire car twice - i was having fun - and still have about 3-4oz left. i’m now looking forward to having clean cars all winter, without needing a hose at all

One of the best purchases I've made for detailing tools

Previously I got the Foam Pro 2+, and that was great since it could be filled with a tire inflator. However, the small capacity (and need to refill air so frequently) was a recurring nuisance--especially if I wanted to use it for anything like a waterless wash since 2L wasn't enough. I ended up getting two battery operated sprayers from AliExpress and they were a great replacement, but also limited to roughly 2L as well. When I saw this on the Boxing Day sale here I had to get it--as well as the replacement wand tips so it can work as a regular sprayer as well, not just a foam sprayer. Now I don't have to refill air as much since there's much more room for the air to compress and remain in the unit. As well, I haven't had to refill the soap at all while washing the car, since this is more than adequate capacity. The sale price of this was so close to the Foam Pro 9, and that lacked an air nozzle, so the larger capacity and larger size of the unit are worthwhile benefits/sacrifices. Now I am considering adding an IK pump so I don't have to keep refilling with the tire inflator, or perhaps there's something similar on AliExpress that could be strapped onto the unit and recharge the air automatically (hopefully that's a lot less expensive as well.)

Great Winter Alternative to Foam Cannon

During the winter months, I'm confined to using self-serve car wash bays. This foaming sprayer is an excellent tool that I use to replace a foam cannon since I can't use my own pressure washer in the winter. Perfect for removing dirt with a pre-wash, providing lubrication with a contact wash, and coating tricky areas of your car. Highly recommend!
