Rubber Seal for Shifter Base

This is now another purchase of these in less than a month. Even spoke with someone from Hinson and confirmed that it doesn’t take much to secure the 4 bolts in place. Installed lasted two weeks, tore and started leaking again.

I’m constantly having to replace this gasket. It’s not rocket science installing it but for some reason it’s always tearing and allowing transmission fluid to get flung inside the car
