First one was a dud

Let me start off by stating that I truly like the product. Deep, rich flavor that lacks from other brands. It’s not bitter and always satisfies. But the filter cup, brew basket, was torn. First one I opened. I almost cried. Hadn’t ordered, because of the same reason in a previous order. Thought they might have corrected the issue. Oh well…good thing I ordered a bunch. Hope it’s not the same in every box.
