0 stars if it was an option. Ordered 18 august. It’s now 1 October. Told they had to make them, and would be shipped out in a week or 2. Then I see tracking…. But it’s just tracking saying the patches have not been taken to usps. I forget about it for another week. Same tracking. I contact reaper, told they don’t know what happened. Then was told we will do 2 new patches and have them out soon. 3 weeks later. Nothing. I would recommend to use a different patch company.
