I am very impressed with the quality of this shower head. Shipping was free and it arrived the day after it was ordered. It was very well packaged. Each component was individually wrapped in a felt lined bag with a draw string. Un wrapping it you can definetly feel the weight and quality of the products. The all metal construction and finish is beautiful and flawless. This product has performed flawlessly and was a breeze to install. I just recently purchased the bidet sprayer which I plan on installing today. I will be buying another shower head for our main bathroom this week. These products are the absolute best that money can buy at these price points. You will not be disappointed!
