For someone who suffers from irritation and sensitivity this does wonders for me anyways! I was pleasantly surprised how well it works to remove my daily sunscreen and the little make-up (only blush) I do wear. It helps loosen my mascara too (not waterproof) not completely but definitely breaks down that there is little effort left for eye makeup remover! The consistency is pretty much like water but a little thicker. There is no scent and I carry a bottle with me whenever I travel too!
