Good Shirt, Poor Customer Service

I will say this company does make good clothing. The shirts are made of good quality material and the designs are fantastic. However, I’ve had a bad experience with their customer service. I accidentally ordered 2 shirts in the wrong size, and tried to get in contact with them to see if they were able to exchange the shirts for a different size. I got a reply from a representative after 2 days, but they haven’t gotten back to me since their initial reply. I tried to submit another ticket to see if I could get in contact with someone else, but it’s been 3 days and no one has reached out. Overall, I’m happy with the product but be wary of their customer service!

I really liked them. They fit well and they came within a decent time which is really big with brands like this sometimes the shipment takes months.
