This is in response to review the wild cherry pure extract.
But the truth is I have yet to formulate a plan of action in what I will harmonize pair it with .
My boyfriend loves cherry and what prompted me to purchase.
I have absolutely loved every extract I have purchased.
All arriving in timely manner.
Carefully, thoughtfully packaged.
It has been such a pleasure.
I am thinking chocolate extract I will use w/ the cherry but must do my research.
The challenge is ,due to serious health concerns, I have only a few ingredients in which to work with .
However … I am so excited to have discovered Cooks Flavoring extracts .
My first purchase was the coffee extract in hopes to capture as close as I could to replicate Hagen Daz coffee” ice cream”
The challenge was that it must be high clean protein , zero sugar, low carbohydrates, gluten , dairy , & emulsifier (guar gum etc) free .
After numerous attempts, armed w/ my delicious Cooks coffee extract& Madagascar vanilla extract , Delallo espresso powder, eggwhite , eggs , fine sea salt , stevia glycerite, homemade coconut milk , Equip unflavored protein powder ,Maldon salt I was able to have incredible success.
I then went on to recreate Haagen Dazs Banana Foster ice cream w/ the same base , adding cinnamon, nutmeg.Cooks Banana extract , Bourbon, Madagascar vanilla extract.
It is SUBLIME , possessing the complexity & depth of flavor I yearned for .
I also was beyond delighted to discover A new unexpected favorite, Cooks Toffee flavoring which taste like caramel and was such an unexpected easy success .
My next challenge is to make Haagen Dazs Crème Brule .
Which would use the Mocha flavoring i think .
