Very happy with the customer service provided. Have not installed the product yet but judging from the customer service already provided if there is an issue I am confident they will be very helpful. As a side note the issue I had with product was my mistake (Ordered the wrong part) not Thornwave's and they promptly worked to resolve my mistake.
