Love in white is great but

The birthday present arrived without the samples requested, without the engraved medallion and there was a mixup on the billing name and address v the recipient. It has been worked out with customer service so that the birthday girl received the birthday message and some additional samples in a second delivery plus I got a small discount. They should have just resent the order in full as originally ordered at their expense. Thanks
