Gorgeous Dress but Disappointed in Sizing

I took my measurements and compared it to the site’s sizing. I reached out to customer service with my concern that I’d never worn a size that large. I was told to go by the site’s sizing. I did and the dress was huge on me. I had to send it back because tailoring was out of the question because the dress would’ve needed to be remade.
