Purchased this bed and paid for the assembly. Bed arrived quickly and the person sent out to assemble the bed broke it in multiple parts and broke the boxes down. Reached out to customer service and was told to send it back after we sent pictures of the damage. We had no boxes and no way to ship this extremely heavy bed back. We weren't reimbursed by the assembly party either. The bed wobbles, shakes and makes loud cracking noises with every move my small children make. Super frustrating to have paid for the bed and assembly services only to be left with broken, cracked junk due to Max & Lily's contractor. Truly heartbreaking and frustrating! Money wasted! I'd tread lightly before purchasing through them and using their assembly services.

Wood for the bed shipped but no hardware was included. Been waiting nearly a month now and still no idea as to when replacement hardware will arrive.

Turned out great! It was shockingly "easy" (as easy as you can expect for a huge complex bed) to put together. My kids are loving it! The only issue I had was two of the wood panels had pretty big scratches/dents in them.
