Great Work, Disappointed in Packaging and Return Options

I was really excited for the kalimba and when it arrived the box it was packaged in was ripped on all the way to box the kalimba was in. It was so bad it broke the loop switch. I honestly expected to see more protection for the product, and it could have been packaged much better to avoid destruction. I am also disappointed that I had to pay $14 to return a product to be fixed that I didn’t not break.

A very cool instrument

Saw this and couldn't resist. I was hoping for something quirky and unique and useful in a musical context. It delivers in spades :)

Turn it to 11

I make two or three kalimba recordings with my Hubble, I turn the pitch all the way up, add just the right amount of chaotic delay, and then record a couple of tracks of the loops in logic pro on my Mac, allowing me to then jam along with my own starry sky. Thanks, Richard! You crazy genius!
