My order took two weeks and the company completely forgot about it. If I hadn’t asked them, I probably would still be waiting. As an apology they sent me a code that’s available in every email they send. I suggested they add something but they basically laughed it off. Of course you’d like that. I wouldn’t have expected anything but offering me a super low code from emails and the website has publicly 50% code, it just seemed so rude. That’s why I said to add something. I’m a business owner and I treat my customers the way I want to be treated. I can see they value getting money out but not customer loyalty. Unfortunately I value really high how i am treated by a company.

Just starting

Just started my hair journey 2 weeks ago and i am very excited to see the final results afte a couple of months. So far so good. Love the products
