Excellent service and great grinder.

Perfect grinder for me

I bought this along with the pour over burr and i have had no problems with it so far. It has low retention and doesn't produce enough fines to ruin my coffee. Although if you don't use droplets before grinding there is a bit of static which makes it hard to clean.

Great grinder

I'm loving my grinder now that I FINALLY understand how to set a grind size. So if you want a grind size of 2 to start dialing in espresso (for example) , you set the grinder to 0 and then do two full revolutions of the dial, and then use the numbers on the dial for more precision. The hand grinding feel is so smooth. I'm really happy with my purchase.
