Took a while to figure out that the on/off button needs to be held for a few seconds to work. Once that was sorted out, the pen was easy to use and the microneedling process went smoothly.

I love my new pen. I’ve only used it twice, just to get used to it. The nano cartridges are nice because you can use them at least once a week, you don’t need numbing cream and it’s just really nice to see your face glow. So make sure you buy some other cartridges like the 16 or 36 so you can do the real Microderm. I’ve also bought a heap of the serums and they are really nice.
