Organic Spearmint

Refreshing

I had some Shi Bui decaf tea in the botanic gardens in Edinburgh and found it so delicious I ordered some for home. I was delighted to see they sell spearmint as it has proven benefits for hormone health. It is very refreshing and pleasant tasting and great to have loose leaf to choose your own strength. Every tea I have tried from Shi Bui has been beautifully packaged, delicious and a tube lasts for ages.

Great taste

Pleasantly minty and a great complement to the peppermint. I alternate these two for my morning pick me up!

Beautiful tea, I can’t seem to find loose leaf spearmint anywhere in shops so I’ll definitely be buying refills in the future!
