Great Customer Service and a Sturdy, Reliable Bunk Bed

The customer service was wonderful. The representative was very kind and responsive, and the exchange process from a Full-over-Full bunk bed to a Twin-over-Twin model was smooth and comfortable. The product arrived within just a few days after ordering. The bunk bed feels very reliable, sturdy, and solid. It does not wobble, and our children are very happy with it. The assembly was also easy, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only minor thing we noticed is that the underside of the upper bunk is visible from below, which affects the appearance a little. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Max & Lily.
