Materials felt low quality

Ive purchased from Birdy Grey several times before over the years and always been very pleased with the quality which is why I recommended them for my friends wedding. However everything that I ordered for my boyfriend and I this time felt like it was made with cheap materials. The dress I received was thin and the lining wasnt sufficient to smooth the figure and bunched in weird ways. The men's accessories while decent quality for the price still underwhelmed. The packaging and shipping for both my dress and his accessories felt sloppy and careless. My dress was just tossed into a plastic back no protection, or folding, his items were vacuum sealed and now ill have to spend several hours steaming and cleaning all of this order

Color doesn't match other products

We bought these in Cabernet to match the bridesmaids dresses, also ordered in Cabernet. These are far more purple and the dresses are much more red, so they don't match. The whole point of this site is supposed to be ease of ordering everything and not worry about things like that. Very disappointed and many of the items are non returnable, just a waste of money.
